The database covers 294 dealer codes — Cummins ISL/ISC uses its own factory format, outside the J1939 SPN/FMI standard. A few examples below; look up your own code in the search on the homepage, where you can also pick “Cummins ISL/ISC” from the brand list.
Exhaust Gas Pressure/Temperature Sensor №1 — voltage high/low/erratic. Symptom: Performance is not affected.
Coolant Temperature 1 Sensor — voltage low
Vehicle Speed Sensor Tampering Detected. Symptom: The engine speed is limited to the upper speed limit regardless of the vehicle speed. Cruise control, protective downshift and the speed governor will not work.
Auxiliary Pressure Sensor Input 1 - Special Instructions. Symptom: The engine may go into derate mode.
Water-In-Fuel Indicator — above normal, least severe. Symptom: White smoke, power loss or starting problems are possible.
Engine Oil Level Sensor — voltage high/low. Symptom: The oil level sensor is switched off.
Turbocharger Speed Sensor — below normal. Symptom: The engine goes into derate mode. The ECM uses an estimated turbocharger speed value.
EGR Valve/VGT Position Sensor — erratic. Symptom: Power loss is possible. The EGR valve is closed.
Catalyst Tank Level Sensor Circuit - Voltage Above Normal, or Shorted to High Source. Symptom: Reagent dosing into the catalytic converter is switched off.
Dosing Control Unit / Catalyst Tank Heater / Misfire multiple cylinders. Symptom: Reagent dosing into the catalytic converter is switched off.
EGR Valve/Differential Pressure Sensor — voltage high/low. Symptom: Power loss is possible. The power supply to the EGR valve motor is switched off.
Engine Brake Actuator Circuit Number 1 - Voltage Below Normal or Shorted to Low Source. Symptom: The engine brake for cylinders 1, 2 and 3 cannot be switched on, or the exhaust engine brake does not work.
Auxiliary PWM Driver Number 1 - Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source. Symptom: The gearbox cannot be controlled.
| 141mar | Oil Pressure Sensor — voltage low |
| 272b | High Fuel Pressure Solenoid Valve — voltage low/high |
