J1939 code SPN 1192. Below — how the fault is worded at the factory by KAMAZ, MAZ, SITRAK and YaMZ, and what the second half of the code (FMI) means in the standard.
| FMI 2 | Boost pressure regulator: short circuit / open circuit / overheating |
| FMI 3 | Boost pressure regulator (BPA) channel ADC |
| FMI 4 | Boost pressure regulator (BPA) channel ADC |
| FMI 12 | Boost pressure regulator (BPA) channel ADC |
| FMI 2 | Boost pressure control circuit fault - Overheating. Blink code: 3-4-4. Repair: Check the boost pressure control actuator and its wiring. |
| FMI 3 | Boost pressure control circuit fault - Signal above the target range. Blink code: 3-4-4. Repair: Check the boost pressure control actuator and its wiring. |
| FMI 4 | Boost pressure control circuit fault - Signal below the target range. Blink code: 3-4-4. Repair: Check the boost pressure control actuator and its wiring. |
| FMI 12 | Boost pressure control circuit fault - Actuator current exceeded. Blink code: 3-4-4. Repair: Check the boost pressure control actuator and its wiring. |
| FMI 3 | High WGP voltage, or high wastegate actuation gas supply pressure |
| FMI 4 | Low WGP voltage, or low wastegate actuation gas supply pressure |

Safe to drive. Below — how much time you have and what happens if you keep going.
This is an electrical fault: an open, a short or a bad contact in the sensor circuit. The value it measures is most likely fine.
You can drive. But until the circuit is repaired this system runs blind and cannot warn you about a real failure.
