Iveco fault codes

The reference covers 556 codes from the factory tables of Iveco — the full list by system is below, stop-now codes first.

Codes that mean stop now

other — 556 codes

How to read a code

A code has two halves. SPN is what is actually at fault — the sensor, component, or parameter. FMI is what is wrong with it — value out of range, open circuit, short circuit, invalid data. So “SPN 100” alone is not a diagnosis yet, but “100/1” already tells you oil pressure has dropped below normal.

If there are several codes at once

That is almost always how it goes: one fault drags five or six codes behind it. An empty AdBlue tank first throws a level error, then interrupted dosing, then a NOx excess and a torque derate. Fix the root cause and the rest clear on their own. Paste the whole list — we will show which code is the root cause.

Iveco code examples

01E2Immobiliser: unit or wiring fault, fuel supply blocked
0133Intake air temperature sensor circuit — malfunction
0153Fuel rail pressure too low
0168Injector 1 control circuit — malfunction
0194Turbocharger performance too high
0277Poor air-fuel mixture combustion in cylinder 3
0315Single failure of the on-board automatic monitoring
0605Oxygen sensor 1 signal out of range
013FCoolant pressure sensor circuit — implausible signal
017DGeneral air-fuel mixture combustion fault
01D1ECU: SPI channel fault
01EBAmbient (absolute) pressure sensor circuit — malfunction
01FBConverter efficiency below the permissible
02B4CAN bus: no response from the trip computer or test equipment
03F3Particulate filter clogging sensor circuit — implausible signal

Know the code number? Type it into the search — or paste the whole list from the scanner and we will show which fault is the real one.
